Account and cashier dossier

Keep the Deposit and Withdrawal Trail Consistent

A withdrawal route is usually easier to review when it can be tied to the verified account holder and the original funding path. The route shown in the cashier matters more than a remembered method list.

Map the original deposit

Record the deposit method, masked account identifier, amount and transaction reference. Do not rely on the logo alone: two options from the same payment family can still be different cashier rails.

Confirm account ownership

Compare the registered account name with the card, bank account or wallet owner. A spelling difference, changed surname or business payment method may need an explanation before the first payout can move.

Check the current return path

Open the withdrawal screen and see which methods are offered for this account, currency and region. A method used for deposit is not automatically available for payout, and the live screen should settle the choice.

Avoid route cycling

Submitting the same amount to several methods can create duplicate reviews and a confusing transaction history. Resolve the stated ownership or routing issue before creating a fresh request.

Document a closed method

If the original card or wallet is closed, save non-sensitive proof and ask which fallback route is accepted. Support needs the original reference and the current account identifier, not full card numbers or login credentials.

Five-point field check

  1. original transaction reference
  2. masked method identifier
  3. verified account name
  4. available withdrawal routes
  5. fallback instruction if a method is closed
