Send the Right File for the Right Check
Verification moves faster when every file answers one stated question. Treat identity, residence, payment ownership and source-of-funds requests as separate tasks and use the secure upload route shown in the account.
Identity proves the person
A valid identity file should show the requested name, photograph and date information clearly. Include the complete document edges when required and avoid edits, filters or screenshots that hide security features.
Address proves current residence
An address file normally needs the same name and address as the profile plus a recent issue date. Check the accepted document list before uploading a bill or statement that omits one of those fields.
Payment proof proves ownership
Use the least revealing view that satisfies the request: account holder name, issuer and masked identifier. Hide unrelated balances and never expose a complete card number, security code, password or wallet recovery phrase.
Source evidence explains funds
If a source-of-funds review is requested, read the category and period carefully. A payslip, bank record or sale document answers a different question from payment ownership, so do not substitute files at random.
One upload, one record
Record the file category, upload time and response state. Repeated uploads with different spellings or crops can lengthen review; wait for a clear rejection reason before replacing a readable file.

Quick answers
Can one document prove everything?
Sometimes one file supports more than one check, but each requested category still needs to be satisfied exactly.
Should documents be emailed?
Use the secure account uploader unless official support gives a verified alternative. Never email passwords or complete payment credentials.
Why was a clear image rejected?
The date, address, document category or profile spelling may not match even when the image itself is sharp.
